one thing you can do is get an "angle finder" I'm sure you have seen them.. About 6" long or so I think. Put some type of straight edge across the face of your wheel, and slap the angle finder on that. Adjust accordingly, then let me test ride it!:o :D

My tip would be, don't run 4.5 degrees camber or caster. Since a quad doesn't have body roll you don't need to run that much camber. I would suggest trying 3 degrees camber and 5.5 degrees caster. Yes it will steer a little bit slower but what you'll gain by the quad going straighter down the straightaways and whoops will far out wiegh what you lose in the turns.

Already stole RTSE440 angle finder. whats weird is. i have both upper and lower ball joints turned itno the arm but the right side of the quad has more caster than the left side of the quad. make sense?

you do have the same number of threads exposed on each side, right?

Please do not count threads. Use an angle finder and go off what that tells you. Here is a link that will break down on how to do it.

counting threads should at least get him in the ballpark, then he can use the angle finder

Yes i counted threads but the funny thing is that both sides were screwed in all the way. upper and lower. also on upper a-arm frame mount side. Almost as if the left side upper arm was shorter. oh well. i figure it out.

Thats odd that one side is basically longer than the other? On top of the negative things I've heard about them from others, and the constant design changes it makes me wonder...and also to the people who bought the original design, I dont know about you but I wouldnt be too happy if I recieved a subpar design that seems to have been rushed inorder to sell, since it wasnt done right the first time, or the second for that matter.:ermm:
