To be honest I am not sure who the manufacturer is, I just know they work fine and are new :)

As simple as, I had a walsh R, traded it for this one, Everytime I have ridden it I was wishing on was back on my R. Not to mention R parts are going for next to nothing. I was a brief four stroke convert, so for as long as they will let me ride a 2 stroke, I am
