itp baja rims

how strong are the itp baja rims?? i am looking in to getting a full set for my ex, but don't want them to be weaker than my stockers. i'd really like to get hipers, but my budget can't afford it. thanks.

I DONT LIKE THEM, I THINK THEY ARE WEEK WERE THE BOLTS GO. I BOUGHT 4 NEW ONES FOR LAST YEARS SCORE DESERT SERIES AND THREE OF THEM BENT WERE THE LUGNUTS GO. ID STAY WITH STOCKERS OR DOUGLAS. I HAVENT USED ITP'S GP WHEELS, THEY LOOK PRETY GOOD.

I have them on my secondary tire setup for woods (9" baja rim w/ 20" Razr II's) and I think theyre good stuff. They are a beefy rim, and although I have not had any problems with them whatsoever, I have heard of some bending them. I really dont ride woods much anymore, mainly track and MX, (and I have a different tire/rim setup for that...) so the set I have probably hasnt taken the pounding some other people put theirs through... Now I also got the regular .190 ITP front rims for this tire setup and I definitely dont like them as much as the Douglas's. On my first ride the inside of one of the rims got a big ding in it that caused a progressive slow leak over time. I beat it out pretty good with a rubber mallet but it still has a slight leak. So, in the end, I have nothing bad to say about the Baja rims, but if youre looking to get regular fronts, stick to the Douglas man...

I have them racing motorcross no problems. I have bent the douglas rims and broke the lug holes out.

I've got stainless steel washers to hold mine on and all's good!

they are .190 rims maybe a little stronger than stock. but they look real good.
