the only problem with this is that the valve stems hit the brake caliper. is there any way to solve this without taking the front brakes off or gettin spacers for the front??

take that valve stem and put it on upside down so that it points inside the rim, then drill a hole on the other side and put another vavle stem in.

Why are you flipping the wheels? I guess you can deal with the added stress on the suspension components and bumpsteer. The valve stem method works, you can also weld the holes shut and drill a new hole on the opposite side.

the reason for flipping them is to make it wider.. cuz the a-arms are 700 bills, and i dont have that kind of cash

It really isn't a good idea to flip the rims. It will cause wear on bushings/bearings and the bumpsteer is hard to handle especially on rough terrain. I had mine that way for about a 1/2 summer and I ended up putting them back because I noticed it was making my arms hurt. It WILL tire you out in the woods if you flip them. My advice would be to save your money and buy a better handling quad maybe even used. In the long run it will save you cash.

If you must flip them do what 400exrider707 said.:ermm:

U really dont want to flip your rims, It creates bumpstear, And it makes it harder on your schocks, and all your suspension componets. But when my buddie fliped him rims around, we pulled the vavles stem out and Tig welded a peice of filler metel into the hole, And then drilled a hole and put one in the other side!

Im just trying to tell u its not a good idea!

wow...theres a much easyer way to do it without welding or drilling anything...just pick up some flat valve stems and put them in thats what i did!

i thought about flippin the rims on mine but i got 3 inch wheel spacers instead. dont sound like much but it actually helped in handling. i just ride trails and dont hit any big jumps or anything so they work fine for me. and for those of you that say a little bit of bumpsteer is like impossible to ride with, you must be a wussy:huh

No, I just know what a GOOD handling quad should handle like.
