Well I cant stay away! after my wrist injury last year I was going to stop racing all together. I thought I would just put a 400 together for fun... ...YEAH RIGHT!!!
I got the motor back the other night with little to no problems. The exhasust studs got bent when we tried to put it in (someone had grease on their hands and it slipped when they picked it up):eek2: 426 National, with full port and polish, stage II cam, with the heavy duty valve springs, 13.75:1 that runs on 112, Carillo rod and upgraded crank from GT thunder (split and welded).
Got my dual rate rear shock with the 3" of sag on! It makes that thing look vicious!:blah:
Then the new front triple rate shocks from PEPS, set up for +2's. For 240lbs (I way 200 but have been having a bad bottoming problem:grr: ).
Also got the new beadlocks for the front. black wheels with the yz blue lock rings.
What can I say PC is going to have to wait. Color does not make you any faster!!!:devil:
