I'm looking at buying a 450r this week. I know the dealer pretty well. He told me he'd get it to me for $6,000.00 even out the door. Does that sound like a good deal to you all?

I'm in North Texas. It's a Sherman, TX dealer. I'm going to go ahead and get the HRC kit also. He told me it was pretty much at cost, but I'm not really sure what these things are going for.

I'm moving from a Banshee to the 450r and I race XC locally. I'm still a little apprehensive, but feel like it's the right move, I was just wanting an electric start. Oh well.... maybe next time.

Honestly, I wanted a black one. All they have in stock is red ones... so looks like I'll be getting a red one. Maybe I'll get some black plastic and sell the red stuff... :p

Make sure you put a 13 tooth sprocket on that thing for XC riding.

Hey spud,

Haven't gotten rid of the Yammi yet. I'm still waiting on a few stock item to put back on. 90% of the aftmkt stuff is gone, and it went rather quickly.

I will be picking up th 450r today and will be taking a first ride this afternoon on my ranch, and then will be taking it to a riding area tomorrow. I had them put the HRC kit in it as well, so we'll see what she feels like. I'm excited, nervous, and apprehensive all at the same time. Night and day difference than the shee, but I'm sure it's for the better, considering I race XC.

Thanks for the help guys,
Scott

Good luck!!!
