250r to 400ex interchange

I am builing new bike for 2005. I was just rebuilding a 02 400 ex but i got a R motor and was wondering what parts of the 400 ex suspension would fit a 250r frame. I know the simple way would be to put the 250r in the 400ex chassis, but i am impressed with the way a r can be "flicked around" on the trail.

front aarms/shocks will work , swinger will work if you have a 86 or 87 stlye frame i think, plastics will work, not shure what else
