Walsh 250r/Blaster for sale

[Gabriel Racing]

This quad is in excellent condition, and was raced about 7 times, and was practiced on about 3 or 4 times since we did the conversion.

Motor is getting rebuilt, so if someone buys it, it may take a little bit to get it because it is getting rebuilt.

I figured as much. The R motor is really the way to go, I just liked the novelty of it. I have a built Blaster motor that cranks out about as much HP as a stock R.

You know the whole "240cc Big Bore, with the 12 port and polish job, 3 mil stroker, and big ***** carb" setup.

I figured it would be cool to run it air cooled, and confuse people out on the trail. I enjoy sneaking up on people, more than outright racing. I find that it gives the group something to drink about around the fire.

If I were to build one custom, it would be extremely expensive. I have quotes from Laeger and Lonestar. They both want $8k, and for me to send the motor, and whatever parts I want on the bike.

Obviously, I could make better use of my money by using it to light my cigars, so I think I will probably have to decline. Which is unfortunate, because I kind of got hung up on the novelty of the idea.

I wonder if the guy still has the pipe though? Perhaps, I could "one piece at a time" it? Do you know the dude that owned the bike during the conversion?

PM 8686 on here. Hes in the 250r section quite a bit and has some insane 250rs. walsh, lobo, and some laegers but I think hes sold them. He might have some parts laying around, I have no idea.
