the sub frame where it bends to let the exhaust though keep an eye on that because that tends to bend causing the seat to not latch properly and could cause breakage:mad:

I got a question about the things you said about the hubs,

If the hubs are made to "Spin" faster what would that actually achive? The front does not pull the quad so what does it really achive?

Im not critizing what you said i truthfully dont get the point of aftermarket hubs, ive never seen stock ones crack. :ermm:

Would you rather have extremely light hubs with less resistance...or weld 50lb weights to your front end? Less weight=more power actually being useable, not used to push the heavy *** front end:D .

for the guys who run there stock plastics and can't keep that front end from shaking without the head light, I took two peices of metal 1/8" thickness
6" long. put a 90degree bend in the metal 1 1/2" high this adds great support for the front plastic you can also add holes in thew plastic to firmly support the front end.

for those of you running a stock carb with a jet kit and can't understand why it just dosn't seem to make that much power invest in a fcr carb it is the best thing to top off any performance motor mod

diangelo#67
02-06-2005, 08:30 PM
guy's that cant figure out why their carb keeps pop'n out after a big jump and your clamps are super tight. take two zip ties and go around the carb from the back to the top motor mount , this adds a little security to keep the carb from pulling out of the motor side clamp. pics on this mod will come later.
