Have you adjusted the air/fuel mixture screw?

The same thing happened to me. You need to get a zip ty screw for your fuel \air mixture to fine tune. Or just loosen both sides of your carb and turn your carb towards you and adjust your screw 2.5 turns out . But that gets old quick. My screw is about 2.25 turns out.

Our new 05 is the same. Just hesitates a little bit. The motor also seems to be very loud. Is that a normal thing?

i think the motor noise is normal, they all make a lot of mechanical noise
