ok I'm kinda confused...when i say arm pump, i'm talking about your elbows being like stuck in their position...but what is it called when your hands are like locked from being gripped for so long?

I usually eat a banana or two for breakfast and take three Potasium pills like 10 min before I race. It helped alot. Also, just riding hard often helps alot also.

what i did previously was take 2 tyolnol about 30 minutes before the race..then take 1 right before, it thins the blood out a little bit and reduces it some. Cardiostack racing also sells a good supplement to get rid of it. The only way to realy get rid of arm pump during a race..is just training realy hard and getting in shape...tha way your body is used to it, and can go much longer.

stop drinking pop also, it will kill you during a race...
