chain adjustment

I hate to use bad words here but unfortunately my friend bought
a used RAPTOR (I apologize everyone) and he is having trouble tightening the chain.
Says he loosened the bolts on the rear and screwed the two on top a little but it had no affect.
Any help from you guys will be appreciated.

well go over n help him out, if youve done it before, there all the same concept. if its still too slacked, take a link out of the chain. good luck.
