250ex start in gear?

Does anyone know how to make a 250ex start in gear?It is a bear sometimes watching freinds in akward positions trying to shift to neutral just to restart.Thanks for any help Daryl

I say you should try pulling up on the shifter so it is in between gears so the clutch is like it is pulled in and try that to see if it works
