are there other kinds of cables and throttles that will hook up to the 450r stock carb? if there are please list them here!

what i meant by the ? is will a 400ex,300ex,250r etc... throttle work with the 450r cable?

no the 450r cable is slightly longer then the 400ex cable so no.

All Honda throttles including the TRX 90 will interchange!

yep, cause i took off the throttle off my 3004x4 to put on my yfz, so when i pick it up here in a few days, i will never have to ride it with the crappy stocker.....bad news for my sis tho, cause the yfz one is goin back on the 300 :D :devil:

What is the advantage of the TRX90 throttle, I read something about it somewhere and now I can't find it or remember what it was about.

The TRX 90 throttle has a longer thumb lever, making it easier to push- only true if you push the very end! we tried one and found that you end up pushing the throttle in the exact same length of stroke area that we were comfortable with. Didn't show any noticeable improvement!
