Im a rider but not to much of a mechanic, how much work would it take to adjust the valves on a recon? and how long? Thanks

I would be interested on that also. I have been looking for a clymer manual for mine and i cant find any for the 250ex. (except for rockymountain for 50$) Are your valves making noise?

i have done mine twice. Not bad at all. Its good to no how to take ur quad apart anyways and see all the parts.

How can I find information on how to do valve adjustments
on my 2005 Honda 250EX?

I rather do this myself than pay the dealer to do it for me.
