Yeah, please post your thoughts on this exhaust. I have been thinking real serious about his one, supposedly it has a built in spark arrestor and is < 96 decibels but makes great power. I am going to go with this or an HMF since it as a quite core that I can take on and off without rejetting...

brif and I have been at the owner/designer's house doing dyno pulls on a raptor and a 450r and the dyno charts, especially the top end are very impressive. this guy lives for making power and his engineering knowledge is amazing. the high flow spark arrester idea and pipe design in general is very cool. brif has the vicious system on his R now but hasn't done much riding since everything is covered with snow. question for kennethyfz450, did you rejet it yet?

:( i didn't get anything done...

Mixxer (john) is a great guy, and he does know his stuff... Mad racing dyno'ed the pulse charger on a raptor and they wouldnt even post tq numbers of the raptor becasue the tq and a wall had something in common:eek2: :macho

i cant wait to compare it against my LRD since that exhaust is the best thing since slice bread for honda450r's/yfz in my area.

For what those pipes cost, they better give 10rwhp!!!

The Pulse Charger exhaust system showed an impressive horsepower gain. The recommend 155 Jet, 42 Pilot was perfect for the system. There was a noticeable and consistent gain in low, med, and top end. Instead of noticing a gain from low to med or med to top, it seemed to stay consistently even through every gear. It pulled hard from first gear to Fifth, never lagging. I was truly impressed with the PC. I did not expect this much of a gain.

more reviews this weekend

p.s. The Pulse Charger was quiet compared to the LRD, but lacked that traditional sound. I didn't like the sound at first, but it grew on me quick. Everyone else seemed to really like the sound. I guess i'm picky  Fit and finish was excellent!

Nice review but do you think its worth over $600!

I paid close to 500.00 for my LRD and the fit and finish was decent. It gave a tremdous pull from bottom to mid (anyone with an lrd pipe can back me up on that)

for 6++.00 you get a better pipe, welds are cleaner more professinal looking everything bolts up better.

it's really up to you if you want to pay 600.00 for a better performing pipe with great quality, and support a guy that spends hours at a time at trx450r.org to answer questions for everyone and sharing dyno runs.

yea, still got the 502 and still running strong.

i have to tell ya, the PC looks really impressive. We'll see how it stacks up with the competition (if any) this weekend at the "Pipe Shootout" at Harlens place.
