handlebar crossbar

Does anyone know where to get just the crossbar on handlebars?
crossbar being what the pad goes on.
Any help is appreciated..thanks

Contact the handlebar company. That's not a common part that you would be able to find in a catalog.

i agree with the last guy but i ws wondering why youd need one of those? that would be pretty impressize if you broke or dented that without damaging the bars
