hey i'm just asking my self if a stock slip on fo a 450r will fit on a 400ex because my friend just changed his pipe on his 450r and he can give me his pipe. So i will like to know if the slip on can fit? if not what i need to change to make it fit ? and does it will change something if it fit? performance ? sound ?

by the way the reason i want this pipe on my bike is because the crome-look is nice and i don't have enought money to buy an aftermarket exaust, thank you guys !

i think that's what they're talking about?

speedy400's post pretty much sums it up-

"eh I wouldn't recommend it at all. After you weld on new mounts, and somehow make the inlet diameter the same as the end of your header diameter, itd look pretty chopped up, then I'd take a guess you wouldnt end up gaining much. If you want to go the cheaper way, just gut the stocker scilencer...good luck-darren"

in theory it should work you just may run into problems with that jetting, if you're willing to address those issues then you can do it somehow.
