connecting kill switch

ive read alll the threads on kill switches.. but i still have a question..

it tells you which wire in the harness to connect one of the ones from the switch too.. and i understand that part.... the problem is i dont know how to connect the two wires together...so i guess i need to know how to do this.. also what do i do to ground the other wire?

get a butt splice connector or a splice connector from an automotive parts store and use a crimp tool to connect the wire. You need a terminal connector for the ground (looks like a washer). You just bolt it to the nearest place you can find for a good frame ground. I'd send you a picture of mine but its all torn down right now for painting.
