cement in my radiator

ok guys does anyone have any top secret info ar a sick dirt disalving chem that will get cement like dirt off my rad:confused: i'm even affraid to pick at it too much its so hard:mad:

take the radiator off,plug all the holes and stick it in a bucket of some kind and just have nice hot water in there and a chit load of simple green and let it work itself off,then after that hit it with the hose,and repeat again

we use this stuff at work, to clean the fins on air conditioners, it is some kind of a acid that is not really that strong, but it does foam up pushes anythings out of the fins...good stuff!
