I just installed one of the new CDI boxes on my 450r and all I have to say is, "wow!" not so much that it revs to the moon but it starts way easier now. It's been in the 40's and 50's for the past month or two and I just fired her up today, on the first kick. I also installed the Rekluse and so far absolutely love it too. I'll be able to take her out tomorrow for a better test. I'll give a full update once I ride it. :)

I had a chance to try out the new Rekluse kit. Way cool. Absolutely love it! No more stalling going up hills with ruts or anything. Takes a little getting used to but by the end of the day it was fine. With the new CDI box and the Rekluse, it was extremely easy to start. No hot start and I could start it sitting down every time. The next mod is gonna be a 490-500 kit or a high compression piston. Anyways, I highly recommend the Rekluse all the way.

I've got to be honest, I don't remember the name. But I've been told most of them are made by the same manufacturer but different companies put their name on it. I bought it off of ebay. I have the information somewhere in my garage. I don't know much but that it works great.
