400ex and hot rod install need advice

I need some advise

Anyone know the a good place to send a 400 crank to have a heavy duty connecting rod installed.

Should I get it welded to stay true also?

I am wanting to build a race gas only high squeeze motor. I am thinking of using the JE 13-1 88mm 426 piston

Does anyone know of an off the shelf 13-1 87mm 416 piston?

That JE 88mm 13-1 seems heavy at 318 grams.

Another thing, a hot rod isnt a heavy duty rod, more of a stock replacement. Get a carillo.
