Is there a way to do it without a machine? Im gettin new rims for the front but my stock tires are still good. IS THERE A WAY? thanks for the help:eek2:

if you have a 4 or 5 foot long 2x6 board layn around.........lay the rim/tire on its side and put 1 end of the board over the tire tight up to the rim but NOT OVER IT. Then drive a car up the other end of the board carefull to check every foot or so that the board didnt shift over the rim........I have done this 3 or 4 times and it works pretty well......oh yeah, let the air out first.

Go to E-bay and buy a bead breaker for $69.00. Save yourself tore up beads & bent rims.

Goto a motorcycle shop and have them do it for $5 or so a tire. Trust me I had to cut the bead with a razor knike on more than one occasion It's a pain in the_ss
