Do they hold up pretty well in a 426 mod? I had a prof fab one in it for the past 2 years but they are not around anymore.

yes, it'll be plenty enough for your engine, ones in mine with no probs

Does it matter what year from the crf450 and does it just fit right in?

nope does not matter, any year crf450 will work ***do not get the trx450*** this one will not work
