i am soon going to be putting a advance timing key on my 400ex, the motor is a 416 but with adcanced timing it should take more gas correct? any suggestions on jetting out there?

I'm pretty sure you won't have to rejet, but I may be wrong. And no, the timing change wouldn't affect you fuel intake, you're only changing the spark timing.

why would it take in more gas

the only thing a key does and fire the plug 6* sooner bring the piston closer to tdc when it fires

so no jetting change is required
