I cant take credit of this, but another person emailed me the info on how to do this.. thanks Josh!!

Remove front fenders, then gas tank, and airbox assembly. This gives you
access to the top of the motor and the throttle cable. At this time remove
the stock thumb throttle and disconnect the wiring from the throttle.

On the carb you will need to remove the choke, I believe it is a 9/16. With
that disconnected you can now remove it since you will not need it. With the
thumb throttle assembly off and throttle cable removed from the thumb
throttle assembly you can move on to the gas line. Using a pair of pliers,
slide back the retain and pull off carb. At this time you can loosen the
clamp on the motor side. Remove stock carb. The throttle cable does not need
to be disconnected from the carb.

The 450R carb has a choke lever directly on the carb, just like the 400EX's
do. Located on top of the carb is a black plunger. That is where the hot
start for the 450R connects. This is not needed and that plunger will need
to be trimmed down in order to clear the top motor mount. On the bottom of
the carb you will notice a 2 wire connector. This is for the warmer, that is
not used either. At this time, you can cut those or tape them up. On the
side of the carb you will see another connector for the TPS. This will not
be use either.

Insert the carb into the intake tube. Tighten down clamp. You will need a
450R throttle cable. On the side of the carb, you will see a black plate.
You can remove that plate by lossening the screw at the top of the plate.
Once removed, pull the top of the plate towards you and lift. This will
remove the plate. Thread the end of the throttle cable into the top of the
carb. It should be obvious where this is. Then route the cable into hole on
the lower "roller". This, also, should be obvious. Route cable to handle
bars then install into Yamaha YFZ450/Honda 450R thumb throttle. The Polaris
thumb throttle will be usable. NOTE: You will have route your throttle cable
differently then stock. The honda cable is shorter. I advise running the
cable on the outside of the gas tank then up to the bars. You will not be
able to route it the "stock" way.

Lastly, you will need to hook up the fuel line. The stock fuel line is too
small to attach to the 450R carb. You will need to get an adaptor and fuel
line large enough for the inlet on the 450R carb. Connect the 2 fuel lines
together. Reassemble airbox assembly. Turn on gas. You are ready to run.

Jetting of the carb varies. Since the carb is a pumper jetting will be
nothing close to jetting for the stock carb. Depending your set up you will
need any where from a 160MJ to 175 MJ. This you will have to play with.

These are instuctions for the Predator only. I am not familiar with any
other quad. Installation of the 450R should be similar

Nice review/walkthrough Josh(I assume is MAaudio)..........I have one question: Did the carb seem to fit into the motor well?? Is it level up and down, or is it tilted back?? Did you have to trim the motor mount?? Thanks!!!!

Brad I just got mine on and it sits in there like it is ment to it is little tilted but not enough to hurt anything!! You do not have to do any trimming to your frame either!

What are you using to adapt the fuel lines?
