How do you like them lights? Are they alot brighter than the stockers?

Those lights are waaaaay brighter than stock . The only thing I wish would of been diff. is there needs to be a low/high beam instead of just on or off (high beam or nothing), thats my only complaint , but other than that there awsome.

I really like the esr pipe , makes great power  . fit and finish is top notch. the only thing i can complain about , is that it's not much lighter than stock :ermm: .

nice quad  , what are you running for front tires? right now i have a set of bandits that are all studded (front) , but I think im going to try a set of mx razr's in 19's :D , hopefully they will work o.k

they are made by duro they work awesome but slightly heavy.

the lugs are very thick and wide so studs don't come out and they have a deep groove for good snow removal.
i use 18" chen chen on rear very good for keeping studs

hmmmm. I know the hood could use a grill or something but don't know what else to do , the smooth looks "just to plain" to me and the vented one from maier (with the two vents ) , looks like somthing you would see on a rice'd out civic

jeepnrocks,
what did you use to hold the grill in place? .I made a grill but could not figure out how to attach it, the only thing I came up with was hot glue , but still really don't like that idea.thanx

my girlfriends dad had some graphite glue that i used. it was a 2 part glue that you mixed and let set overnight. but i believe super glue would work just fine too btwlblwnracer.
it also looks like you may have drilled the front holes a little to low on the hood and thats why its sticking up so far. it looks like you have room to redrill them though.,

Not to change the subject but I saw in some of your pics that you got your quad in the mud and you got them great graphics. I was wondering how the graphics hold up. Like when you go to clean that bad machine do the graphics stay on good. I'm thinking about graphics but I power wash mine after a mud bath like that and I didn't want to spend all that money just to be blown away. Does yours stay on good?

yep they are staying on great and i usually powerwash it after a really slopppy day. Obviously I avoid spraying at an angle like i was trying to get under the graphics but nothing has even come close to lifting.
I do need to replace my tank graphics when it warms up though. I accidentally got sent an unperforated set. I am pretty sure I got the first or one of the very first 450r/xgx kits and there was a mix up. tracy at xgx quickly sent me out a perforated set and said feel free to practice with the other ones. well i stuck them on and they didnt bubble a single bit until the weather turned cold. Once it warms up a bit ill put the good graphics on the tank and be done with it for a few monthes until i gett a custom set.
