+1 or +2? What size to get?

I have a 450R and want to get new a-arms but I`m not sure about what size to get.
I do some trails but I really like mx tracks too, the trails around here are not open wide.
I was ready to go with +1 but I just realized they are not worth because they don`t increased that much width and I woudn`t feel the difference.(I`m not a sensitive rider).

What size should I get guys and what do you think of Burgards, only camber adjust? I have a killer deal on them.

i have a some friends that run +2's on the trails and do fine, one even has +3's and doesnt have any problems.

you must not be riding very many tight trails, +2's are awful in the woods, even with offset rims. I couldnt imagine what +3 would be like!!:eek2:
