I bought a new 400ex in 2000 and had the same problem. I didn't notice this until about 2 weeks after I got the quad, which was in February, so it didn't have more than 5-10 hours on it. I took it back to the dealer and after looking at it for almost two weeks they said it was a bent spindle and replaced it under warranty. When I went to pick it up, it was still the same. They placed a call to Honda, who sent out a warranty rep to take a look, which took almost three weeks. He came to the conclusion that the problem was in the chassis itself. After waiting a little over a month more, a replacement chassis finally came in, and I only had to wait another week for the dealer to put it together. Nearly three months and three payments with no quad, I could have lived with the leaning wheel. :ermm:

I had that problem on one of my YFZs, it was a bent swingarm, making the front end look off.
