Delaware or Maryland MX Tracks open?????????

Just wondering if anyone is practicing at Blue Diamond or the Landing after all the bad weather??? I'm picking up my bike this weekend and I'm looking for A place to practice with no snow!!! I live in NY so Blue Diamond is 3.5 hours away!!! Any Ideas Or conditions????

Still a mess down here. I think it is supposed to warm up over the weekend into next week. Maybe next weekend.

I would call the landing because the farther south you got in Maryland the less snow we got last week. I live in NE Maryland and we only got 8" and it is half gone already. Probably muddy as hell but snow may be gone.

It could be possible if the weather stays like it is. There is a track in Seaford DE (Middlefordspeedway.com) It is sandy so it drains decent. I am going to check it out and I will let you know.

I stopped by the track and it looked good. I talked to the owner and they are going to be open on Sunday. They ride from 11-4. If you want for info or directions go to middlefordspeedway.net. Go to the speedway side to get directions..the mx was giving an error. If I can get one of my bikes running I will be there.

JRD22...If you call JRD they can give you info also. They have been there before.

zakk54, as far as i know diamondback is closed to quads... that sucks!!!walden opens on march 13 i think. there is also a practice on the 30th of march. see ya there

I live about 4-5 miles from the Middleford track in Seaford....
and there are also some sand pits on the other side of town...
Been too wet around here lately... either frozen or raining... stuff is never gonna dry out....
Can't wait to go to the track and try the bikes out.... corn fields and sand pits are o.k., but i'd like a little more challenge !!!

they also run quads there, its a great track, check it out you will have alot of fun
