If its 05 you can watch out for crank bearing their like c-dale use cheaper batch of bearings on the 05s but not to many have had this problem. I use honda tranny oil in red botle, and the hp4 syn with moly in the motor. Also if it starts running funny clean out your carb some have small debris in their from factory. Other then that you muight miss a few shifts at first but I got used to mine coming for 400. Also make sure filter stays pretty clean, you can take the s/a out and lid off and put in a 170-180 main and gt a bit more power, when it comes time for mods I wouldntm do the hrc kit, just make your own lid, a full exhaust and a better cam.

KEEP your chain tight!!! if it will move more than 1" tighten it or you will break off your case saver. the tightest spot in the swing of the arm is when it's off the ground.. also it won't hurt to take the case saver off and locktight the bolts;) other than that keep an eye on the oil level and change it every 5 rides or so, and enjoy:D oh yea THATS ONE SICK SHEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

if you're keeping the stock heat shield on the pipe pull the bolts out and lock tight them or you will lose them
