Anyone got any pointers or anything that i should watchout for or is gonna be a pain when i strip down my 450r this weekend for powdercoating.

Take a few pics of the quad close up in different spots without the plastics on. The little things are what will slow you down on the rebuild.

Go buy a new box of ziplock bags so you can put all your nuts and bolts in them and then label them. Just makes it easier puting back together. Doesnt hurt to take a few pics either.

I laid all parts out on my basement floor just as they came off, then put the bolts in a bag and labeled each to where it goes, also get a few new bolts and parts because I need to replace a few. I did it without picks and without a manual no problems, but Ive done it before so not really worried about it, I would recomend a manual just if you get hung up.
