works shocks question

Does any one no what oil wt. i should run in them I im around 180pounds with plus 3 arms. im thinking its 5wt. and my other quetion is how many pounds of nitrogen should i run?
they are triple rat with rezzies. Any help would be great

180 psi on the nitro, (it can vary mroe or less depending on how aggressive you are

and 7 weight oil, you can put heavier oil in and this will slow down the rebound.
