I've seen them live 4 times now, they're incredible, and they always have been.

Ive seen them a couple of times also. They are an awsome band. Not one of those bands that turn to crap as they get older. Also AC/DC is great band to see live

Who's eddie??

I know Ronnie's younger brother Johnny took over on vocals, but I've never heard of anyone named eddie in Skynrd.

Do you still have that ticket stub? Apparently Rossington Collins stuff is getting valuable because they were only around a few years.

I've been to a couple Skynard shows and I'd go again if I can get tickets. I saw one of the first shows after Ronnie died and they wouldn't do the words to Freebird. They just let the crowd sing while they had Ronnies hat spotlighted on a mic stand.

Skynard is ok, overplayed on Rock stations WAY too much. That ruins a band.

The name came from their PE teacher. I saw them live for free. I just happened to stumble on the concert itself. I had no idea it was going on but I went to downtown Louisville just looking for something to do. I missed the first half of it but it was by far the best concert I have been too. GNR is good stuff too.

I thought it was really cool. Kinda chilling. I think Johnny sang the words the second time I saw them but I can't remember. They always put on a kickin show.:bandit:

Their Nashville shows are always the best. The concert two years ago was the 30th Anniversiary, they filmed a DVD there. They played for a little over two hours.

I really like the vicious cycle CD, too.

I'm not much of a fan of theirs ... only really heard a couple songs , so I can't really judge their music .

I think one of the greatest bands ever was The Eagles . The talent of these guys is simply amazing . Some of the best songs ever to hit the airwaves came from these guys .

I enjoy everyone of their songs ... New York Minute is surely near the top of my favorites from them .

Thats one song I don't have downloaded .

If you haven't seen their DVD from the Hell Freezes Over cd , I believe it was their first concert return after 14 years . Its awesome .... very mellow .... we bought the DVD for my dad for x-mas and we've watched it a few times now .
