Is there anywhere in CT where a beginner can join an organized racing place and just race other begginers and where?

the only organization i kno thats near you is NEATV-MX. the website is http://www.neatv-mx.com/. i kno they have a production class which is only stock quads and thats were most of the beginner racers will race.
