:huh
If you want a 2 stoke sound then get a 2 stroke, thats the only way. The 400 is a 4 stroke and will sound that way no matter what.
You cant make a V6 sound like a V8

:huh an absolute and complete impossibility. The engines are completely different therefore cannot make even remotely similar exhaust sounds. It's more like trying to make a V8 sound like a weed-whacker:blah

Naw, try cutting the springs (to lower it for better cormering), adding yellow stripes, lots of stickers (some in japanese, chinese, or any other symbol-based language) and adding a coffe-can style muffler. That would help it sound like a 2 stroke and you could impress your friend(s).

just tie pots and pans on stings to your grapbar!:D

(some people think 2strokes sound like banging pots and pans)

i herd a car with a exhuast that sounded like a 2 stroke pipe...
unless the car was old...did they make 2stroke cars?

Fargin hilarious!!

I believe Citroen manufactured a car in the late 60's early 70's that was powered by a twin cylinder two stroke. Ford also experimented with a Ford Taurus powered by a three cylinder two stroke(1000cc's I think) in the early mid 90's.

Run mixed gas too , then it will look like its 2-stroke.

Ok here is how you do it... You will need to purchase a bunch of stickers from "performance" companies.. then put a "nos" kit on it, this will give the illusion of speed...then get some Ichibahn foot pedals and shifter knobs... also make sure you add a cold air intake with a big chrome tube leading into your airbox... now go and get a 2 stroke pipe and retro it onto your header pipe..purchase race gas..and a large boom box... use the boom box to record some 2 stroke motors in your area...now I know your bike wont run well but thats no biggy... get out your boom box and play back the recorded sounds as you ride and the smell will make them think its 2 stroke.

Nothing like good ol' American muscle.

The WB E-Series is my personal favorite, good power gains and sounds sweet.

Get a Cobra exhaust...drill holes in the headpipe and silencer...then loosen all the bolts on your machine...that might get you close to a 2stroke :D

Well sorry to just barge in but last year my parents umm transformed a Jepp Grand Cherokee. The transplanted a 360 into it, and did some other stuff I am not really sure of. Ran a Dynaflow Exhaust I know, single outlet, When I got it I took out the front drive shaft for the summer. I would have to ask my dad what all he did to it, but we don't talk ne more and my mom isnt all that sure. I do know the project he is on now is a 96 Dodge Ram with a 426 Hemi in it. That truck is gonna mess up some sport cars.

Actually you can make a V6 sound like a V8. Have you ever hear of a Buick GN? Those motors have some nice rumbling exhaust. My Tacoma V6 with Supercharger, headers, and Catback exhaust sounds very similar to a v8.

I wrecked my 94 Civic EX with Tenzo R intake 5Zigen catback exhaust and 17inch Inperio wheels with Nitto 450's. Bought a 95 Civic EX drove for about 6 months and sold it so I could buy my much more fun 2000 400EX, leaving me no chioce but to drive my sweet 91 Escort LX with 1.9L fourcylinder 5speed with the exhaust broken in front of the cat(sounds like a two stroke) until this guy I know sold me his truck.

my dad bought a 1991 gmc syclone when they came out...its got a 4.3 turbo in it plus its all wheel drive...it would scare the crap out of you...he put about 50,xxx miles on it and then garaged it....but he sold it about a year ago for 14 grand...to some teenager...lol Dad always talked about racing grand nationals in it...said they were fast as **** but not quite as fast as his syclone....as soon as I find some pics ill post em..

In stock form I believe the Cyclones were 270hp and then you add all wheel drive and that thing moves.
