View Full Version : PEP stabilizer mounting?

Bought an old style PEP stabilizer on Ebay, no instructions- HELP! Anyone got this setup? My baby is an '03 Banshee.

Yeah i got one, it mounts from the left engine mount, past the headers, over the oil tank cap, and onto the stearing stem. There should be an aluminume standoff that bols onto the motor mount. Then the damper bolts to that. The shaft side goes on the stearing stem. Wish i had a picture for ou, but i do not. You will spend about 45 mins adjusting it.

That will work for the 400ex but didn't you say it was a banshee?

Yup, Banshee. But the main things are where to mount the rod end, and there will be a suitable location around there for the other side since it came off a Banshee previously. Motoboy covered the 400EX, mine should be very similar. Thanks for the input guys!

hey 04 KFX 400 , how did u get the number to PEP, im having the same mounting problem on my 04 Raptor , if u happen to still have the number, post, i would appriciate it
