How much oil?

I'm sure this has been asked a million times, but I can't search 'oil'.
So, how much oil do I need to buy for my 1st oil/filter change? Also, is this the same filter as a 400EX? I'm planning on running Honda dino oil for the 1st 3-4 oil changes, and then go synthetic.
Also, when should I do my 1st tranny oil change? Thanks!!

i do my tranny and oil change at the same time. i do it about every three rides. it takes ruffly two quarts for both of them. i think 22 oz. for the oil side and 19 oz. for the tranny side. those numbers are off the top of my head but i think they are close. one thing that helped me was i went to the store and bought a measuring cup and wrote on it with a sharpe how much i need to put in there. its my measuring cup.
