snowmobile trip to the copper country

well guys i just got back from snowmobilng in the keweenaw, it was really nice. got up there friday around 1 and took off and went to the town called gay (funny now everyone can laugh) from there we went up to copper harbor and back to hancock by 9:30. we did 156 miles that day and the trails were like glass eveywhere except 15 miles out side of copper harbor that we had to go over twice, so out of 156 miles only 30 were bad.

then saturday we packed up and left and headed back to camp for more sleddin. got there plowed, and went for a little ride to the bar to get something to eat then down to my buddys and back. only around 40 miles.

today my dads friends came up so we went with them and rode the back trails for about 60 miles today.

good weekend, next weekend to christmas to watch some snow-x.

this truck was going up and wasn't going fast enough, hit the guard rail and somehow ended up with the truck like that, but the trailer was still facing down hill, thats with the trailer being winched up by a tow truck.

awsome pics, what kind of sled do you ride? we got majorly dumped on with snow and i have been seeing so many sledders out and it looks like alot of fun. Id love to get a cheap one to mess around on

im riding a 98 700 xc, pretty fast, round 115 or so top end.

my dad just piced up a 800 xc and is that thing fast with the varriable exhaust. makes mine look slow.

sleds sure are fun tho! nice thing is no dirt dust!:)
