Is this 05 450R worth it?

I'm looking to buy an 05 450R in the next week. I can get a new one for 6100-6300 OTD. An acquaintance of mine has an 05 6 weeks old only ridden once offroad. This thing looks brand new. It has FLY aluminum bars(which I really like), FMF Titanium 4 exhaust, perfect stock wheels and tires, new 22" rear Holeshot XC's on ITP or Douglas wheels, alum swingarm skid plate, alum engine skid plate, and he has changed the gearing. It comes with all stock parts in perfect shape. He wants $6500 for it. He won't come off the price. He says he has almost $7400 in it. Do ya'll think it's worth it to buy this one since it's already modded and perfect. Thanks for the help!

Sounds like a real good deal to me. For a price difference of about $200-$400 between his and your OTD price you'd be doin alright.

i have a 05 with mods in my sig that i would take that for and it has 3hrs on it... so yeah it sounds ok.

You can get a stock 05 450R for $5433 OTD at Southern Honda Powersports in Chattanooga, TN. Just thought I would give you an option in case you wanted to put your own mods on.

I know about Southern Honda. It's about a 14-16 hour round trip. I'd rather not spend the night. That's too much driving for me and a friend to do. But it's an awesome deal! I called and you have to give a $500 deposit for them to hold it for up to 2 weeks. It being winter, with my luck, it'd snow each weekend!:ermm:
