CFM Air Box Jetting

I finally took the time to install my CFM air box. Everything went well on the install. I put a 185 main jet in with my 50 pilot. Starts fine and idles well. But about 1/2 throttle it starts to break up. I'm thinking that I need to step up even further on the main.

I also pulled the brass plug on the mixture screw on the bottom of the carb next to the bowl. I've heard that most people are running 2.5 to 3.0 turns out from the seated position.

Any input on the mixture screw or jetting would be greatly appreciated.
