450r w/hmf slip-on..jetting?

i need some jetting advice again, and yes i did search but the range in jetting thru me off because i was told leave it stock or a 180! so that is a big option of jetting.

04 450r
hmf slip-on
k&n filter
lid on...and off very very few times only drag racing.
around 100-300 feet sea level
