Best stock suspension setting for mx

Now that many of you have had a chance to dial in your stock suspension. What is the final word on the best suspension settings for the stock suspension with lets say 180 pound rider for mx? For dunes?

most every body agrees that backing the pre load all the way down is the way to go there. The rest of the settings you just have to play with and get them set up the way you like even though you may weigh the same as some one suspension settings may be completly different due to different riding styles, track conditions and whatever factors may play a role. So just go out to the local track and take a day to mess with you're suspension and get it how you like it annd then tweak it from track to track how you see fit after that. all i can tell you is back the pre load off and then the fun begins after that:cool:
