cable lube

What's the best way to lube all the cables? Does anyone know of an easy method?

Get a cable luber, about 12 bucks. They clamp on the end of the cable, stick the spray tube of the cable lube in it and it blows the lube into the cable under pressure. works great.

Just a side note...shoot some carb cleaner down there first, then shoot the lube in till it comes out the other end.
