Brushing teeth

After you brush your teeth do u just spit the toothpase out or rinse with water?

i dont spit out the toothpaste i just get a mouthful of water (with paste still in mouth) and slosh it around and spit the toothpaste/water, then i rinse acouple more times

I floss , then brush , then rinse , floss once more , take mouth wash and brush again and finally rinse . The whole process takes about 50 minutes . ;)

1) brush teeth
2)rinse with scope
3)rinse with water
4)rinse with scope



....like my teeth :D
