where is the spark plug located on a 400ex....i no its a dumb question ubt..i need help...picsa owuld help

It is underneath the gas tank, sort of hidden in the top front part of the engine.

You will either need to buy the special socket or take a socket and grind down the outside of it to fit down in there too. Good luck.

you dont need a special tool if you bought it new,or used then you should have a tool in that lil black toolbox

yep right under the gas tank, then take the plug wire off then use the special plug socket if you have it.. and use a allen key or any screwdriver to slide in the holes of the plug socket to loosen the spark plug hope this helps

yeah we got it thanks guys....we used the tool kit from a 300ex...
