I am getting a used 300ex from my local dealer. I was wondering if any other quad would be better for me. I mostly do trail riding. I am 13 and about 5 footl. Please respond back. thanks.

The 300ex is a fine machine. IMO, it is a nicer quad than a Yamaha Blaster, Yamaha Warrior, or Kawasaki Mojave.

Unless it has been abused, the 300 should be reliable.

They are also relatively easy to maintain.

It will take a little practice to get used to the manual clutch if you haven't used one before, but it's not hard.

You might also want to check out the 250ex. You might be able to buy a new 250ex for about the same price as a used 300ex. The 250ex has an automatic clutch.

Whatver you end up riding, Ride smart and have fun!
