atc 70 valve lash

I need help? have a atc 70, which having problem starting
at glamis ca. lower altitude or at high altitude, but at home
it will start, all it has is a uni filter, stock jets, I've been told
possibly valves out of adjustment? if so, does anybody know
valve lash?:devil:

I dont know the exact specs but i would think 3 on the intake and 4 on the exhaust would get you going.
