i think maybe next winter i am going to install a 416 kit in my ex but i dont know much about them...

what bore is a 416?
does anyone sell a "kit" like the 440?

here are my engine plans...

416 - 11.1 piston, xr cam, gt thunder CDI, valve seats polished... i think thats about it.... oh and sometime i need to get rid of my stock headpipe and get an HMF to match my slip on...

how much power do you think it will add...

what do you guys think any advice would be great....

i did the 416 its .80 over i believe its 86mm piston i went with the hot cams stage 2 and hmf slip on it freaking rips over stock as soon as i nail it in any gear the front end comes up not clutching it or pulling on the bars just pure power i got a 450r and i would have to say thatmy 416ex power is funner to ride than a 450r stock if you look around there is a 416 kit i seen one once before but i cant remember where it was good luck on your choice you wont be disappointed the xr cam is too mild

DO IT! These thing freakin rip! It won't even fell like the same bike. I was little worried before I did mine, but it's the best money I ever spent on a bike. JE 10.8:1, stg II cam, ported & a full Yoshi.. DO IT!
