Hey guys...newbie here..I just bought my first ATV about a year ago....and it has a White Brothers E Series pipe on it...dosn't sound real bad but I hate how you have to put the spark arrester in...so I'm looking to buy a new one...I don't race...just do trail riding...just wondering what you guys suggest? I'm looking for something with a loud deep mean sound...

Thanks in Advance,
Jeffrey

I think duncan full system is one of the best pipes you can get for a stock 400ex motor. Also get a jet and air filter to go with that pipe.

and I take it with the HMF pipes you guys are talking about the Sport Series?

Thanks,
Jeffrey

in order to get the full benny's from your pipeand filter, you should rejet accordingly. you're allowing more air to move in and out of your motor so you should increase the amount of fuel to match....get it????

i would get the hmf sport full system, k & n filter w/ outwears, drill a few holes in your airbox lid, and buy 158, 160, and 165 main jets and start with the 158....

im sure if you posted your elevation, cal's could give you the exact jetting you would need.....

by the way, thanks for wantin to get rid of that white brothers junk...im sure your bike and you will be alot happier with an HMF!
